Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Shipped orders are sent via UPS. Orders must be signed for by a person 21 years or older with valid photo ID. Orders will be shipped 1-3 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number upon shipping. We only ship within the United States.

 

We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, or incorrect address. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to your updated address, but may charge you an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Local Customer Orders

Local customers will have the option for in-person pick up or delivery and can be paid for online or offline. Please contact us when placing your order for details. If offline payment is selected, we usually reach out to you within 24 hours to confirm payment and pickup details.

On-Site shopping

You are always welcome to shop our inventory in-person. In-person shopping requires an appointment - as we are a small (mostly online) business and don't maintain public hours. Each quarter we will host a local Kingsley Cigar Co Club Event. During the event you will be able to shop our inventory and take home your purchase.We generally offer a deep discount on featured cigars during the event. Please see Cigar Club page for details. These events will start soon, please subscribe to emails to be updated when we schedule the first event!

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns.

 

Defective or damaged products:

Exchanges can be made within 10 days of shipping. You can exchange a purchase for the same item. Please contact us via email (adam@kingsleycigarco.com) to initiate an exchange.
